BehindLumany.

I photograph homes because the feeling of a space deserves to be articulated with care—through its light, color, scale, and the life already present within it.

Why I began

It started with my own home.

When I prepared to sell it, I felt no one had appropriately articulated the majesty of the space. I began photographing it at the grandest times of day, paying particular attention to the way light moved through the rooms.

That remains the point of Lumany Real Estate: inspire the agent and the buyer while staying grounded in what the home truly is. Good exposure and thoughtful color should reveal a place—not manipulate it.

The approach

Simple on purpose.

  1. 01

    Light first

I pay close attention to when a home feels most alive, then work with that light rather than against it.

  2. 02

    Honest idealization

The goal is to reveal a property at its greatest potential without changing what the buyer will actually find.

  3. 03

    Quick, considered work

A focused camera setup keeps most homes to about an hour, with finished photography delivered within 48 hours.

One complete home

Light, color, honest space.

A focused selection is more useful than a crowded gallery. These photographs show the visual standard in context.
